Deity Relationship Spread & Reading

This is a spread originally designed by a deactivated tumblr account, with modifications that made sense to me. The purpose of the spread/reading is to examine a deity/spirit/entit relationship from the beginning stages, to the present condition and future possibilities.  The spread illustrated shows the cards I drew, with personal interpretations kept, well, personal :)

ETA April 2015: I wasn’t going to keep this entry, but… it is *enlightening* to look at this 2.5 years down the line and see just how accurately things played out. It is also puts a lot of things to rest in my mind, so maybe others will benefit from this spread as well.

This is a really great spread, and accurate! I love your reworking.

I did the first with the Pythagorean tarot and was surprised by how deep it was. I’m going to do it again with the Divine Arcana (the Aurum Solis Tarot), which is a different kind of tarot system, and see how they compare.

    Thank you for posting this!

Ohhh, the Pythagorean! I have this deck (and book), but don’t feel ready to use it yet. One day down the road, when I’ve _really_ earned my esoteric stripes, I’ll take it for a spin.
